Rain-O-Rain

There was a mid summer down poor happening outside and Logan decided he wanted to go play in the rain, he picked out some attire and was on his way. I love the creative mind of a 2 year old!

Milestones.....

Our little lady has learned to stand on those "skinny" "minnie" legs and to roll from back to belly... it took 10 months, but she did it!

Summer Fun at Nana and Papa's

Logan loved the children's museum in Salem, so many hands on activities for the busy boy

Otter beach in Corvallis...the squirt guns and train toy were the big hit

A park play, lunch break, truck wash, bike ride, movie watching Sunday!

Visited the fair and Logan took his 1st pony ride

July 4th Weekend

best part of baking is getting to lick the bowl

our "stars and stripes" brownies

a little dip in the pool

We had a nice weekend at home celebrating the 4th of July. I had to work a 1/2 day on Sat, so daddy and the kids played around the house. We made it to the 4th parade on Sun and Logan's favorites were the horses and old time fire engine. Logan helped with some baking...never will that kid pass up chocalate, not sure who he gets that from! Logan was super excited to do fireworks all day, but when the time came they scared him to death...sister on the other hand enjoyed them, while chewing on some boxes of course! Neither of us had to work on Monday, so we went for a nature walk, fed the ducks, and the kids took a dip in the backyard pool.
